Most advent calendars give you a surprise for a few seconds.
This one gives you a little Christmas project.
Open the dayās compartment, discover the pieces, and enjoy the satisfying moment when a handful of tinytoys slowly becomes a recognizable Christmas ornament.
Itās simple enough to feel relaxing, but interesting enough that finishing each little model actually feels rewarding.
And the best part?
You get to keep what you built.
š Build It Today. Hang It Tonight.
Each finished mini ornament includes its own hanging loop, turning every little creation into real Christmas dƩcor.
Hang them on:
Christmas trees
mini tabletop trees
garlands
mantels
gift bags
holiday displays
or anywhere that could use a little extra Christmas cheer.
As December goes on, more and more handmade ornaments appear on the tree.
By the time Christmas arrives, you can actually see the countdown you created together.
⨠Small Ornaments, Big Christmas Personality
Each completed design is approximately 3ā4 inches / 7ā9 cm, making them just the right size for a Christmas tree.
Theyāre noticeable without overwhelming the branches, and small enough to look adorable grouped together.
From Santaās tiny gift to the Highland Cowās little horns and the colorful Christmas carousel, every design has its own personality.
This isnāt a collection where everything looks the same.
Every day feels different.
ā¤ļø The Kind of Christmas Activity Families Actually Remember
December can get busy fast.
Shopping. Decorating. School events. Cooking. Travel.
This Advent Calendar gives families one small reason to sit down together for a few minutes every day.
Parents can build with children.
Grandparents can build with grandchildren.
Siblings can take turns opening each day.
Thereās no need for a huge craft table or complicated project.
Just open, build, laugh, and add another little ornament to the tree.
Sometimes the smallest traditions become the ones everyone asks to do again next year.
š From the First Build to Christmas Eve
Imagine December 1st:
The first little ornament is built and hung on the tree.
A few days later, Santa has company.
Then comes the reindeer.
The snowman.
The gingerbread house.
The train.
The wreath.
The Highland Cow.
Night after night, the collection grows.
And by Christmas Eveā¦
all 24 ornaments are finally together.
That final tree becomes part decoration, part craft project, and part family Christmas memory.
š A Christmas Gift That Lasts Longer Than Christmas Morning
Instead of another toy that gets opened and forgotten, this gift creates 24 separate moments of anticipation.
Itās especially fun for:
- Kids
- Grandkids
- Families
- Christmas craft lovers
- Miniature collectors
- Holiday dƩcor lovers
Give it before December begins and the gift keeps going all month long.
Itās also an easy choice for grandparents who want to send something a little more interactive than a traditional Advent Calendar.
š Build. Decorate. Collect.
This isnāt just something to count down with.
It becomes:
a daily Christmas activity
a collection of 24 mini decorations
a family tradition
and a tree full of things you actually made
Every ornament tells you:
āWe built that one together.ā
And thatās what makes the finished collection feel special.
š Make December Part of the Gift
There are only 24 days to build them all.
Open one surprise each day, create your Christmas collection, and watch your tree become more festive as Christmas gets closer.

This Gingerbread Christmas Advent Calendar is just too cute! It is a super adorable 24-day countdown that I think is perfect for elementary school-aged children and up. What makes this calendar extra special is that it isnāt just a fun daily surprise; each day provides an opportunity to build a little Christmas ornament keepsake. If youāre making these with children, family, or friends, it also creates an opportunity to spend quality time together and make lifelong holiday memories. The calendar comes in a really cool, colorful box that would be perfectly fine to give as a gift without any additional wrapping. Just keep in mind that the exterior displays pictures of whatās inside, so it does give away some of the surprises before the recipient gets to open each day!Once you open the exterior flap, youāll find 24 individual numbered doors. Each door has a punch-out style opening with partially cut lines that you simply tear open. Inside each compartment is a little clear plastic treasure bag containing all the pieces needed to assemble that dayās creation. I love this presentation because it makes each day feel like its own little gift! The building process is pretty straightforward, although younger children will likely need some assistance and supervision because of the smaller pieces. I tested out several of the daily builds, and the pieces fit together nicely. I didnāt encounter any issues or difficulties with the assembly, which was a pleasant surprise.I intentionally saved some of the days to enjoy during the upcoming holiday season, and I am genuinely excited to put the remaining pieces together! The gingerbread theme is absolutely darling and is one of those timeless Christmas designs that can be enjoyed for many years.Another thing I love about this calendar is its versatility after the countdown is finished. You can keep the completed creations together and use them as Christmas tree ornaments year after year, or disassemble them and potentially repurpose the box to enjoy the Advent calendar again in future years.Overall, this is such a fun and thoughtful holiday activity! Between the adorable gingerbread theme, daily building surprises, and the opportunity to create lasting memories, this is so much more than an ordinary Advent calendar. I think it would make a wonderful Christmas gift, especially for children who enjoy building sets and hands-on activities. Whether youāre creating new ornaments or creating special family traditions, this one is definitely a win-win! Highly recommend!
This is very cute and I love that theyāre actually ornaments. The price is good. There are no missing pieces. The size of the pieces are smaller than the big game brand though. Iād consider these micro bricks. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. The quality is good. And theyāre fun to make. No missing pieces but includes some extra pieces. Iād buy this again.
- The Good: This advent calendar is a great alternative to chocolate-filled countdowns. It comes with 24 numbered boxes that reveal cute gingerbread-themed Christmas ornaments, such as a snowman, Santa, and mini trees. Each finished build is about 3.3 inches tall and includes a hanging loop so you can put it straight onto the Christmas tree.- The Challenge: The set uses 3.6mm mini bricks, which are much smaller than standard building blocks. This makes the details look amazing, but it can be a bit tricky for younger kids. It is definitely best suited for kids ages 6 and up (or older builders who love a little extra challenge).-Compatibility Note: These mini blocks do not fit with major building block brands like Lego, but they work great as a standalone holiday activity.Overall, it is a creative and engaging way to count down to Christmas, and you end up with handmade tree decorations that last!
This is a really cute Christmas advent calendar and a fun alternative to the usual candy-filled ones. Each day gives kids a little building project to work on, and I like that the finished pieces become Christmas ornaments and decorations they can actually enjoy throughout the season. The designs are colorful and festive, with all of the classic Christmas characters and decorations you would expect. Having a different mini build each day also keeps it interesting and gives kids something to look forward to during the countdown to Christmas.I would keep the age and building ability of the child in mind, though. There are plenty of small pieces, and younger kids will probably need an adult or older child to help with some of the builds. For kids who already enjoy building blocks, this should be a particularly fun advent calendar. It's cute, festive, and turns the Christmas countdown into a little activity each day instead of just opening a door and getting a piece of candy.
Iām really getting into advent calendars, and this one looks like itās going to be a lot of fun. I love that thereās a little building project to do each day instead of just opening a door and being done. The mini bricks are definitely smaller than regular building blocks, but that should make the finished ornaments more detailed. I also really like that each day makes a different Christmas ornament that can actually be hung on the tree afterward. With 24 separate builds, this should be a fun little activity all month long and a cute way to add to the Christmas decorations as you go.
This was so fun to put together. My 11-year-old nephew really enjoyed building them with me.
Fun and colorful. My kids are obsessed with tiny things and this advent calendar does double duty. They get to count down the days until Christmas AND get to play with something tiny. Assembly is easy although a little adult supervision is ideal. The cardboard box isnāt the greatest overall and seemed to be packed full with all of the pieces so this is likely a one time use instead of a repeat use calendar. Regardless this is still excellent and for the money it makes great memories and fun counting down the days to Christmas.
I like to have a good variety of Christmas related crafts for my kids to do throughout the month of December. These gingerbread ornaments looked like the perfect activity for them to enjoy. What I like about these building block ornaments:- They contains 11 gingerbread people ornaments- It also has 13 other Christmas themed designs like a wreath, snowflake, bell, tree, and more- The pieces are compatible with namebrand building sets- Each ornament can be revealed each day and has detailed instructions on how to assemble itKeep in mind:- The faces of some of the gingerbread people are incomplete and require you to place stickers onto the bricks; those details do not come pre-printed on the plastic bricksOverall, this is a fun advent calendar. I think that my kids will enjoy building one each day leading up to Christmas. I recommend checking out the set if you have building loving kids in your family.
This mini brick calendar from INSOON allows you to create 24 Christmas ornaments. The set comes in a colorful box that's ready for gifting. You can wrap it, or you can just add a ribbon-- it's basically ready to go. Inside the box you have 24 smaller doors, each one different, cute, and colorful. There is also a single sheet with stickers that you use to add details to the ornaments (eyes, snowflakes, things like that). Inside each door is a bag with the day's pieces and a folded sheet of assembly instructions. It's all a pretty tight fit!INSOON products fairly good-quality products, and this set is in line with my expectations for the brand and for the price point. Pieces snap together reasonably well, and the instructions are easy for teens and adults to follow-- younger children will need assistance (between the small pieces and the instructions). I am not missing any pieces. Even though there are a lot of stickers, it's clear where you're supposed to place them. This set is fun, especially if you like building brick kits. I really like that this set produces something tangible that's not a cheap trinket that you'll promptly lose. These ornaments, once assembled, can be used year after year. It's fun to create something that you actually display and use, and it's cool to watch the full set come together.I also like that the ornaments are a cohesive set. All of the gingerbread people have their own distinct personalities, and the other holiday-themed ornaments pair well with them. Everything is very cheerful and colorful. This is an enjoyable gift for the holiday season.
The box is bright and colorful. On the back of it, it does show all of the ornaments so your kids will be able to see them.It comes with stickers to put on the eyes and extra stuff so don't lose those, but they are well- marked. Each day has a different box and a different set of directions so assembly is easy and intuitive. They quality is not quite namebrand, but it's pretty good.
This Advent calendar is such a cute way to count down to Christmas! Instead of just getting candy every day, thereās a different little Christmas-themed surprise to discover, which makes opening each day more exciting. The designs are colorful and festive, with everything from Santa and reindeer to gingerbread characters, snowmen, presents, and other holiday favorites. I especially like that the pieces can be used as Christmas decorations, so the fun doesnāt end after opening them.Itās a great way to add a little holiday excitement each morning and would also make a really cute early Christmas gift. Fun, festive, and something kids can enjoy throughout the entire Christmas season.
I really love the idea of having a different mini building project each day leading up to Christmas. The gingerbread theme is adorable, and the little Santa, snowman, Christmas tree, and other holiday designs make each day fun to open and build. I especially like that the finished pieces can be used as Christmas ornaments, so they donāt just get put away after building them. The pieces are colorful and the activities are a nice way to add something interactive to the usual advent calendar experience. Overall, itās a cute and creative Christmas countdown that kids who enjoy building sets will have a lot of fun with.
You receive a small package of pieces to create a Christmas themed ornament. The pieces are tiny and would be most appropriate for an older child with great eyesight. All the ornaments are adorable. There are instructions included in each individually sealed package. There is even a page of stickers so you can add the finishing touches to the ornaments.I like advent calendars that share something other than candy. These ornaments can be saved from year to year and enjoyed. They are all different and very festive. The box on my calendar was a little smashed in transit and the cardboard had come loose along the top. The toys are still under the correct number, but the box is somewhat flimsy and this just amplified it. Each little toy was perfectly fine inside the box.I am looking forward to sharing this with grandchildren and watching them make the ornaments. I think I shall ask for an ornament as a memory of Christmas 2026 to hang on my tree each year. They are not overly expensive and should provide a lot of fun with children who have a little spare time during the Christmas season. I feel that they are a nice value.
